We believe that

change is possible

Through sustainable housing options, VA Loan awareness, education, and guidance, we can help our Veterans obtain the housing they deserve.

The Veterans Housing Alliance (VHA) is a Non-Profit whose mission is to work with U.S. Military Service Members and Veterans. The Goal is to provide resources, assistance, affordable and sustainable housing options to those who seek to realize the dream of home ownership.

Our Mission is Simple:

We aim to help transition Veterans to home ownership while ensuring they have the assistance and necessary tools needed to make the dream of affordable and sustainable home ownership a reality!

If you feel like you could use assistance in these areas, or simply would like to speak to someone on the phone, please do not hesitate to reach out.

No. The VHA is a 501(C)(3) non profit organization. While we work with local Realtors and lenders to aid their Veteran clients through our grants, our organization does not gain any commissions or money from real estate transactions.

Yes. However, we are currently limited in our opportunities. We don’t employ events / programs with a need for a large group of volunteers. However, we are always looking for new members who are interested in joining our board of directors. We do host a couple annual events each year that need some small volunteer work.

The best way to make sure you are updated is to subscribe to our newsletter! We don’t send spam and only send communications with important event information or stories about Veterans.

The easiest way to get started is to talk to your real estate agent or lender. They can assist you with the application process and will generally know where to get most of the forms we ask for.
