Our goal is to make sure that Veterans have a safe place to call home. If you are interested in sponsoring a Veteran family, please contact us. It can be for a Veteran you know or one that we might have in our network. We can work with you directly on providing funds for a Veteran to secure their first home purchase. Many Veterans we work with need help with down payment, closing costs, or certain repairs to make the home safe. You can contact us if you would like to donate directly to a Veteran and their family.

If you are looking to fundraise within your community to give back to our Veterans and their families, and those in need, then starting your own online fundraising campaign (or in person) is the perfect place to start. These online fundraising campaigns allow you to spread the word about the nonprofits important work by engaging your network of friends and family.

Get creative! You can run a marathon or even shave your head. The point is, anything can be sponsored. The contributions you raise will support the VHA’s mission to help our Veterans get into homes. For eligible purchases at AmazonSmile, the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price back to your nonprofit of choice. As of 2022, we have 17 people supporting us on their Amazon shopping accounts and over $400 dollars has been raised since we launched the program.

If you own a business or work for a company that is looking to do more good for their community, please contact us about setting up a custom corporate sponsorship. These sponsorships can take many forms. They can be a financial donation, in-kind, media donation, or a corporate / employee giving program. These types of sponsorships benefit both the companies and nonprofits. For the company, it offers positive brand recognition and happy employees. While our nonprofit will see increased awareness and ways to find new supporters.
