Veteran Housing Grant Recipient | Austin and Erica Danielson

Earlier this month, Austin and Erica Danielson were able to purchase their first home and realize the dream of home ownership.

Earlier this month, Austin and Erica Danielson were able to purchase their first home and realize the dream of home ownership. The Veterans Housing Alliance was able to step in and help by providing a grant from our home buyers grant program. Austin, served in United States Marine Corps and always had the dream of being a homeowner.

Our mission and passion is increasing the percentage of Veteran homeowners throughout Southern California. Real estate is a critical service for our country, especially during these unprecedented times.  We continue to field applications and are accepting Veterans who have the goal to own a home in 2020. For the calendar year, the VHA has committed $20,000 into this program. These grants are given on an ongoing, rolling basis, meaning that you can apply at anytime during the year. If accepted, our grants go directly towards your closing costs during purchase.
